New Client Information Form
Simply complete our New Client Application Form only if you would like to appoint MZA & CO. Accountants as your accountant. In your initial client consultation we will discuss your accounts and records, our fee structure and upon acceptance clients will receive:
Collection of your paperwork
Simply complete our New Client Application Form only if you would like to appoint MZA & CO. Accountants as your accountant. In your initial client consultation we will discuss your accounts and records, our fee structure and upon acceptance clients will receive:
- A letter of engagement
- A copy of our standard business terms and conditions
- After you join MZA & CO. Accountants, we will then complete agent authorisations with HMRC to be able to manage your taxes. Authorising your agent (Form 64-8)
Collection of your paperwork
- Send completed bookkeeping records including Excel spreadsheet / VT Cashbook template and other bookkeeping software backup to us if applicable.
- Send us all correspondence and letters from HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) and Companies House
- Email, post and more...
- We will complete and send you a draft Annual accounts and Tax Return based on the information provided
- You approve the completed Accounts and Tax Return and post it back to us
- We submit it online to HMRC on your behalf
- A confirmation of HMRC receipt will be sent to you - FOR YOUR PEACE OF MIND!
Visit by Appointment
Please note visits to our office are by appointments only. You will need to have arranged a consultation with us beforehand. We encourage our clients to contact us by email, telephone and post to save the inconvenience / costs of losing valuable time travelling to our office.

Flexible plans
There are no long term agreements when you sign-up for our services - just a rolling monthly contract! (No entry or exit fees), we only need one month's notice to end your usage of services.
Payment plan
Our preferred method of payment is by Invoice rendered basis, but do accept other payment methods. An initial payment of 50% on account would be required from clients with the balance invoiced once the service have been completed, normally within 14 days or prior to filing your tax return. We also accept payment by monthly Direct Debit via the GoCardless system as an alternative.This will allow you to better manage your cash flow by spreading the costs over the year. *Payment terms are negotiable and must be agreed beforehand.
